What this service is

GoldPath Retirement, operated by Optilabx, is an independent marketing and referral service. We collect a short assessment and, where there appears to be a fit, introduce you to licensed providers of Gold IRA and precious-metals products.

What this service is not

We are not a financial advisor, a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a precious metals dealer, a bank or a law firm. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We do not hold, manage or take custody of your money or your metals.

Risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. The price of gold and other precious metals can fall as well as rise. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any decision you make is your own, and you should consider speaking with a qualified professional who knows your circumstances before acting.

How we are paid

We may be compensated by the providers we refer you to, typically when a referral leads to an account or a transaction. That compensation may influence which providers we introduce you to. It does not change the price you pay, and it does not make a referral a recommendation.

No guarantee of eligibility or outcome

Completing the assessment does not guarantee that you will qualify for any product, that a provider will contact you, or that any particular outcome will follow. Providers apply their own criteria, including minimum account sizes.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and a resident of the United States. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and is your own, and that you will not use this site unlawfully, submit anyone else's details, or attempt to disrupt or probe the site.

Accuracy of the content

We try to keep the general information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and rules covering retirement accounts change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from your dealings with any provider we introduce you to. Your relationship with a provider is between you and them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
