This policy explains what GoldPath Retirement collects when you use the assessment on this site, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It is written to describe what this page actually does, nothing more.

What we collect

• Your answers to the assessment. What you are looking to protect, whether you hold a retirement account, an approximate savings range, your age range, and your timeline.
• Contact details you type in. First name, last name, email address and phone number.
• Basic technical information sent with your submission. The page address you submitted from, the time of submission, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string.

We do not ask for and do not want your account numbers, Social Security number, or any other sensitive financial identifiers. Please do not send them to us.

Cookies and tracking

This page sets no cookies and loads no advertising, analytics or session-recording scripts. Nothing on it is fetched from a third-party server. If that changes we will update this policy and this section before the change goes live.

Why we collect it, and who we share it with

We are a marketing and referral service. We use what you submit to determine whether a Gold IRA is likely to suit your situation and, where it is, to introduce you to one or more licensed providers in our network. Those providers may contact you directly using the details you gave us. We may be paid by a provider when we refer you.

We also share your details with the service providers who operate this site and our contact systems on our behalf, and we may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing.

Your consent to be contacted

When you submit the assessment you agree to be contacted by us and by the marketing partners we introduce you to, by phone, text and email, including with automated technology. That consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, tell whoever calls you that you do not wish to be contacted again, or email [email protected] and ask us to delete your details. We will action deletion requests promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions only as long as needed for the referral and for our own record-keeping and legal obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will help.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
